Egg Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. diced pimiento
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 medium onion, minced fine
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shell eggs and mash.
    Add green pepper, pimiento, celery, parsley and onion.
    Mash cheese; stir in mayonnaise and chili sauce.
    Combine with vegetables and cooled, mashed eggs.
    Season well with salt and pepper.
    Chill 4 hours.
    Serves 24.
