Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, chopped and sauteed
    2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 qt. zucchini, chopped
    2 bouillon cubes
    pinch of fresh or dried dill
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients except milk for 15 minutes.
    Pour into blender with the canned milk and blend a few minutes.
    Cool.
    It can be frozen.
