Cherry Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

16 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
cherry pie filling
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Cream the cheese at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Beat together the first five ingredients with mixer until thoroughly mixed.
Put cupcake liners in cupcake pans.
Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner (flat side down). Fill each liner 3/4 to the top with cheese filling.
Bake 20 minutes.
Let cool on rack and then top each cupcake with cherry pie filling.
