Fudge Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell
1/2 c. butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour (plain)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. 5-33 Pet milk
1 c. pecan halves
1 c. nondairy topping
Preparation

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add cocoa and stir until dissolved.
Add hot water and stir again.
With wire whip, blend in sugar, flour, salt, extract and milk.
Stir until smooth.
Mix in pecans and pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven on cookie sheet for 50 minutes or until custard sets.
