Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (per lb. of meat)
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. sausage
    approximately 1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together and make 1 large loaf or 2 smaller ones and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
