Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy. Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla until lemon colored.
Stir in zucchini and flour sifted with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder.
Fold in walnuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 oiled and floured loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cool for 10 minutes.
