Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pepper steak strips
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 large green peppers, cut into thin strips
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend together last five ingredients.
    Heat wok.
    Add peanut oil and brown beef.
    Add pepper, scallions, onions and celery. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stir-frying.
    Stir in molasses mixture. Blend together 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch and quickly stir in.
    Cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
