Country Crust White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    butter, softened
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Stir together sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add to yeast. Mix in remaining flour. Knead 8 to 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl; turn with greased side up. Let rise until doubled; punch down. Divide in 1/2. Roll out each 18 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Roll up beginning at short side. Press together; seal. Place in greased pan (9 x 5 x 3); brush with oil. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake lowest rack in oven (350\u00b0) for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is brown. Brush with butter.
