Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. navy beans
    3 qt. water
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. onion, diced
    2 celery ribs, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1 lb. ham, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    3 dashes of ground cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    dash of Worcestershire
    dash of hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Combine all other ingredients and cook until beans are tender, approximately 2 to 3 hours.
