Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (4 oz.) cans chopped chilies
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Spread chilies out in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.
Mix other ingredients together and pour over chilies.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
