Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 large minced onion
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. milk
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter in large pan.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually stir in cheese and milk.
    Stir over medium heat until soup simmers and thickens slightly.
    Add the cheese and stir until melted.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle servings with paprika.
    Enjoy!
