Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. small bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. ground beef
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 can of soup and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Pour remainder of soup over loaf.
Top with cheese.
Bake until cheese melts.
