Marinated Tomatoes And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 small red onion, sliced thinly
    1/4 c. red or white wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes in a bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a jar, cover tightly and shake well.
    Pour over tomato slices. Cover and refrigerate several hours or quick chill in freezer.
