Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. Blue cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. well drained chopped ripe olives
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
Preparation
    Blend the first 3 ingredients together well.
    Add olives and chives.
    Stir together well.
    Chill slightly (about 1 hour).
    Form into a ball.
    Chill again (about 2 hours).
    Roll ball in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts until all are pressed in.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
    Serve with assorted crackers and/or chips.
    You can make smaller balls if you wish and want more nuts.
