Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
    Top with 1 roll Ritz crackers, finely crumbled and mixed with 2/3 cup melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes in a moderate oven.
