Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag sauerkraut
1 c. diced onion
2 c. sugar
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Heat sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over other ingredients.
Stir well.
Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
