Pork Chops Jamaica - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 pork chops, thick sliced
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 large onion, sliced
3 green peppers, sliced
1 1/3 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
chopped parsley for a garnish
Preparation

Brown chops in frying pan.
Remove to shallow roasting pan. Add broth and bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
