Glazed Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loin lamb chops (6 oz. cooked weight)
    1/2 clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. currant jelly
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Rub chops with cut garlic clove.
    Brown chops in skillet, turning frequently.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Uncover; turn chops and cook until sauce thickens.
    Yields 2 servings.
