Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil and buttermilk. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to egg mixture and mix well.
    Stir in vanilla, carrots, raisins, pineapple, walnuts and coconut; mix well.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool.
