Pecan Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Sift flour, soda and salt.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add nuts.
    Add flour mixture, slowly.
    Mix well.
    Divide dough into 3 portions.
    Make each into a log and roll on wax paper.
    Roll up in the paper and put in freezer for a couple hours or fridge overnight.
    Slice and bake 9 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on brown paper.
