Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    8 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in 450\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes.
    Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble in pie shell.
    Add cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until almost set in center.
    Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
