Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs, vanilla, water and brown sugar; blend well. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add pecans; mix well. Pour into greased pan.
    Sprinkle with large package semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
