Cottage Cheese-Dill Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    In a blender, combine cottage cheese, green onion, snipped parsley, dill weed, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic powder. Cover and blend until smooth.
    Chill for at least one hour before serving.
