Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add in eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add flour and dry ingredients alternating with milk.
    Fold in berries.
    Spoon into muffin tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
