Cold Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar and water in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Set aside and let cool.
    Mix salad dressing and mustard. Set aside.
    Mix together remaining ingredients (except macaroni). Add salad dressing mixture.
    Add macaroni.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour vinegar mixture over salad and mix well.
    Put in a sealed container and refrigerate.
