Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 stick butter
1 tub Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Mix the flour, nuts and butter together and pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Blend 1 cup Cool Whip, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Put cream cheese mixture on top of cooled crust.
Beat the lemon pudding and milk until thick and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
Chill.
