Overnight Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken, shrimp, tuna or ham
    2 c. uncooked elbow or shell macaroni
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimiento
    4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Do not cover.
    Bake for approximately 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Holds well for serving.
    Serves 12.
