Rich Macaroni-N-Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. warm milk
    4 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. shredded Velveeta
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar
    8 oz. elbow mac, cooked
    1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Cook low 3 minutes.
    Gradually add milk with whip.
    Cook until just boiling.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Add pepper and hot sauce.
    Add cream; simmer 1 minute.
    Add 3/4 cheese.
    Stir; heat over low until melted.
    Mix mac into cheese sauce.
    Pour in greased casserole dish.
    Top remaining cheese and bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
