Herb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. soft butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. Beau Monde
    18 oz. Swiss cheese
    Italian or French bread
Preparation
    Mix soft butter, onion, dry mustard, poppy seed and Beau Monde together.
    Slice Italian or French bread in half lengthwise. Spread butter mixture on both halves.
    Top 1/2 with Swiss cheese (bottom).
    Place top on bottom half.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes (ovens may vary), wrapped in foil.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
    Slice and serve.
    Serves approximately 10 to 12 people.
    Great for parties or family get togethers.
