Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3 slices bread (white or wheat)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread; let it soak until it falls apart.
    Mix in egg, spices and Worcestershire; mix well.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Mix in meat.
    Spread in a 1 to 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Drain off grease after cooked.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
