Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
16 Ritz crackers, rolled not too fine
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly beat in sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Carefully fold in nuts and crackers.
Bake in greased 10-inch pie plate at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Good plain or with coffee or vanilla ice cream.
