5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onions or fresh
    4 carrots, cut in chunks
    1 c. celery
    1 can water chestnuts, cut in fourths
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in roaster.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
