Oven Crusty Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, drained if frozen
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 tsp. melted butter or vegetable oil
    lemon wedges
    finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine the first four ingredients.
    Dip the fish into the egg mixture.
    Coat generously with corn flake crumbs.
    Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Serve with lemon wedges dipped into finely chopped parsley.
