Corn Moxcheux - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. oil
10 or 12 ears corn (fresh)
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
salt to taste
Preparation

Cut
corn
off\tcob
and
scrape
the cob.
Add corn to heated oil in heavy pan, cook on medium high, adding a little water
if needed.
Add
onions,
bell
peppers,
tomatoes and garlic, stirring frequently.
Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook for 2 hours on low, stirring often.
