Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk (maybe a little more)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Roll out on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Mop top of biscuits with butter as soon as removed from oven.
    Yields 12 biscuits.
