Polish Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 or 2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. chives
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
