Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 qt. cold water
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice in water until tender.
    Add oleo, sugar and raisins. Take off heat.
    Add milk and vanilla to well beaten eggs.
    Pour over rice mixture and stir well.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
