Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
-
Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
