Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium size potatoes, boiled and mashed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 pt. (1 c.) sour cream
    1/3 c. minced onion
    salt to taste
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and beat until fluffy.
    Place in casserole and top with onion rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
