Broccoli Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can Campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 3 1/2 c.)
    chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, heat margarine over medium heat.
    Cook onion until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover.
    Simmer 5 minutes or until hot.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve.
