Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1 c. crushed crackers
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk or water
Preparation

Pound beef slices to flatten and tenderize.
Mix egg and milk in pie pan.
Dip meat slices in egg-milk mixture, then in crackers.
