Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bran
    2 c. sour milk
    2/3 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Soak bran and sour milk together.
    May add nuts, raisins or dates.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in convection oven for 25 minutes.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
