Sausage Stuffed Thighs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken thighs
4 breakfast sausage links
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
flour
2 eggs
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute sausages in skillet 5 minutes, turning once.
Open thighs flat, sprinkle with equal amounts of salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
Place 1 sausage in center of each thigh and roll up. Dust each thigh with flour and, holding thigh together with sausage inside, carefully dip in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
Place in baking pan in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Bake 1 hour.
