Onion Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lb. large chunks of potatoes (keep skins optional)
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Place in plastic bag.
Shake very well coating potatoes.
Then empty into a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes until done.
