Bay-Leaf Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Glutenburger
    1 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Vegex or soy sauce
    1 c. hot water
    6 to 8 bay leaves
Preparation
    Put gluten, nuts and onion through blender.
    Add unbeaten eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Add oil (less 1 tablespoon). Put in baking pan and top with bay leaves and 2/3 cup hot water. Combine the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 1/3 cup hot water and use for basting while baking.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Remove the bay leaves just before serving.
    Serve with desired gravy or cranberry sauce.
