Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine rice, tomatoes, eggs and tuna.
In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over salad and stir until well mixed.
Chill.
