Lemonade Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (16 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    sugar to sprinkle over cookies
Preparation
    Cream together butter or margarine and 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
    Sift together flour and soda; add alternately to egg mixture with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. From a teaspoon drop dough 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
    Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with sugar.
    Remove cookies to cooling rack.
    Makes about 4 dozen small cookies.
