Fudgy Mint Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 oz.) bars Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate
10 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. unsifted flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
green food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup margarine. In bowl, combine chocolate mixture with sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla and flour.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake 12 minutes.
In mixer bowl, beat cheese, 2 tablespoons margarine and cornstarch until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then remaining ingredients.
Pour over brownie layer.
Bake 30 minutes or until set.
Top with glaze.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
