Southern Classic Chess Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Stir together sugar and next 7 ingredients until blended. Add eggs, stirring well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, shielding edges with foil after 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning. Cool completely on wire rack.
