Crustless Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
    2/3 c. cooked finely chopped ham
    5 eggs
    3 c. Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute the onion and mushrooms in the oil until tender. Add the spinach and ham. Mix the eggs, cheese and pepper. Spread into 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until knife comes clean.
